Gorgeous and perfect place with very caring staff and EXCELLENT location in the center of Florence. The rooms with a nice decor. Great service, parking nearby.

Location can't be beat, very central and close to attractions. Breakfast options lacked variety, could be better. Nice daily walking tours available . Air conditioning in the room didn't work well, made nights uncomfortable.

great location but a bit cramped
The location was fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions. Breakfast was a highlight. The freshly made espresso and variety in the menu made for a lovely start. The spacious double room we booked was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the landmark outside.
One of the double rooms felt a bit cramped for space, especially when accommodating more than two people.

Great location in short walk distance from Duomo, St. Lorenzo. Uffizi is quite reachable as well. Clean and quite, friendly staff. Special thanks for great coffee served for breakfast.

Excellent air conditioning in the room.
The staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful, especially when I needed extra toilet paper at night. The shower was poorly maintained, with a wand hanging off the wall and a dangerous drain cover that moved when stepped on. The lack of attention to maintenance and customer concerns.

Very close to the Florence Dome.Nice personell and a very good hotel for 3 stars.The room were we staied was bigger than other 4 stars hotels in Italy.

We visited the Uffizi Gallery and saw the Duomo, both a short walk away. The breakfast was great, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The location made it so easy to explore and pop back into our room whenever we needed.

The modern facilities were great, especially the bathrooms. Also the location was so central we walked everywhere. It was perfect for us with a toddler to pop back to the room easily at any time during the day.
